Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the Lorace app handles user data, personal content, and device information during all usage scenarios. Lorace is committed to protecting user privacy and data security as the core design principle of the entire application. This app is a fully local AI portrait creation tool that does not require user registration, account login, or any identity authentication procedures. Users can open and use all core creative functions of Lorace directly on their iOS devices without submitting any personal identity information. This policy clearly explains all data processing rules of the app, especially the local processing mechanism of user photos and portrait content, and Lorace does not collect, upload, store, or analyze any user facial information, facial feature data, facial recognition data, or biometric face data in any form at all times. All user creative behaviors and content processing behaviors are completely limited to the user’s personal iPhone or iPad device, and no user face-related data will be transmitted to any server or third-party platform.

Data Collection and Non-Collection Statement

Lorace strictly adheres to the local privacy protection design concept, and all functional operations of the app will not trigger any user personal data collection behavior. Unlike most AI image creation applications, Lorace cancels all background data collection, user behavior tracking, and content uploading functions. The app absolutely does not collect any form of user facial information, including but not limited to facial contour data, facial feature point data, facial texture information, facial recognition templates, biometric face verification data, and any derivative data generated based on user facial features. During the entire process from user photo import, style selection, scene matching, light adjustment to AI portrait generation, the app only completes image rendering and style conversion through the local device AI model, and does not extract, record, capture or upload any facial feature information contained in the user’s photos.

Lorace does not collect user names, contact information, device identity information, usage records, IP addresses, or browsing tracks. There is no hidden data collection program or background upload program in the app. All data generated during user use is only stored locally on the user’s device, and no data will be transmitted to external servers. For all portrait photos and selfies imported by users, Lorace will not perform facial data scanning, facial feature extraction, facial attribute analysis, or facial data recording in the background, and all face-related information in the photos will only exist in the local device memory for real-time image rendering and will not be permanently collected or stored by the app.

Local Data Processing and Storage Rules

All creative data and image processing behaviors of Lorace are completed based on local device computing resources, and the app does not rely on cloud servers to process user content. After the user selects a photo from the local photo library or takes a new photo through the device camera, all AI style conversion, scene synthesis, and light tone adjustment calculations are completed locally on the iPhone or iPad. In the whole local processing link, Lorace does not identify, analyze, record or collect any facial information in the user’s photos. The local AI model only performs overall picture style rendering and aesthetic color adjustment, and does not extract any facial biometric features or facial detail data from the image.

All user creation records and finished portrait works are only stored in the local private gallery of the Lorace app on the user’s device. These local contents are completely isolated from the external network and third-party platforms. Users can view, preview, save, share or delete local works at any time. When the user deletes any created portrait or creation record, the corresponding image data and record data will be completely and permanently removed from the local device, and no residual file or cached data will be retained. Lorace will not back up, copy, retain or collect user facial information contained in deleted or existing local works, and all face-related content will only be controlled by the user locally.

User Content Usage and Sharing Specifications

Users can independently save the locally generated Lolita-style portraits to the system photo library or share the works through the official iOS system sharing function. All sharing behaviors are actively initiated by the user, and Lorace will not automatically share, upload or transmit any user works and photo content. During the work sharing and saving process, Lorace still does not collect any facial information of the user. The sharing behavior only transmits the complete image file selected by the user, and the app does not independently extract, collect or record any facial feature data from the shared content.

The app provides multiple style and scene options for users to create personalized portraits, including Sweet Pink Cake, Classical Oil, Bridal Lolita, Pastoral Forest, Birthday Lolita and other style directions, as well as multiple scene and lighting effect adjustments. All style matching and effect superposition are overall image aesthetic processing, and will not trigger any facial data analysis and collection behavior. No matter which style, scene or lighting scheme the user chooses, Lorace will not collect, analyze or store the user’s facial information, and all face-related data only exists in the local image file and is completely controlled by the user.

Device Permission Usage Rules

Lorace only applies for the most basic device permissions required to implement core functions, including photo library access permission and camera shooting permission. The camera permission is only used for users to take real-time photos for portrait creation, and the photo library permission is only used for users to import local photos for style conversion. The acquisition of device permissions will not cause the collection of user facial information. The camera and photo library permissions are only limited to local image reading and shooting, and the app will not use the permissions to scan, identify, collect or upload any user facial biometric data.

The app does not apply for any irrelevant system permissions, including location permission, contact permission, notification permission, and background refresh permission. There is no permission monitoring or data crawling behavior. All permission calls are transparent and only serve the user’s active creation operations. Lorace will not use device system permissions to secretly collect user facial information, face change data, or facial recognition records, and there is no hidden face data collection behavior in any permission usage scenario.

Cache Data Management Mechanism

Lorace provides an independent cache cleaning function in the app setting page, which allows users to actively clean up temporary image cache files generated during creation. Cleaning the cache will not affect the user’s saved finished works, and can effectively release device storage space. All temporary cache files are only local image temporary files generated in the process of AI rendering. The temporary cache data does not contain any independently collected facial information. The cache is only the overall pixel data of the user’s creative pictures, and Lorace does not extract, store or collect any facial feature information from the cache files.

All cached files are stored locally on the user’s device. Users can clean up the cache at any time according to their needs. After cleaning, all temporary data will be completely cleared. The app will not retain any cached content, nor will it collect facial information from historical cached files. Lorace has never designed any program module dedicated to collecting facial data, and no cache or log file will record user facial information and facial biometric features.

Third-Party Data Sharing Statement

Lorace does not cooperate with any third-party data analysis institutions, advertising platforms, or data service providers. The app does not actively send any user data to third-party platforms, and does not authorize third-party tools to collect user device data and creative content. No third party can obtain the user’s facial information, facial feature data and portrait content through Lorace. The app strictly isolates all third-party data access channels, and completely prohibits any form of facial data collection and transmission behavior.

There is no third-party SDK, third-party statistical tool or third-party tracking program embedded in Lorace. All core functions and data processing logic are independently completed by local device programs. Whether it is the app itself or any third-party related programs, there is no behavior of collecting, analyzing, uploading or storing user facial information, and user face data will never be leaked or acquired by external institutions through this app.

Privacy Policy Update Rules

Lorace reserves the right to update and optimize this Privacy Policy according to product iteration and function adjustment. All updated privacy rules will be displayed in the app setting page for users to view at any time. The core privacy protection principle of the app will never change, that is, adhering to full local processing of user content and never collecting user facial information. Any policy update will not add any facial data collection behavior, nor will it change the rule that Lorace does not collect, store and upload user facial information and biometric face data.
