This User Agreement sets forth the complete terms and rules that govern all user access and usage behaviors of the Lorace application. By opening, browsing, operating, and using all functional services of Lorace, you fully confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Agreement. Lorace is a lightweight local AI Lolita-style portrait creation application that requires no account registration, no login operation, and no submission of any personal identity information. Users can obtain all core creative functions directly after installing the app on iOS devices. Lorace does not collect, upload, store, analyze, or transmit any user facial information, facial feature data, facial recognition content, or biometric face data during any user usage process. All image processing and AI generation operations are completed locally on the user’s exclusive device without any face data being uploaded to the network or retained by the application. This agreement aims to standardize user usage rights, clarify service rules, and fully protect user local data privacy and usage safety.
Lorace provides users with one-click local AI portrait creation services, supporting ordinary portrait photos and selfies to be converted into exquisite Lolita-style vintage works. The app provides multiple style types, scene templates, and lighting adjustment solutions to meet users’ personalized aesthetic creation needs. All service functions run based on local device computing capabilities, and no cloud data collection is involved in the service process. In the process of providing all creative services, Lorace will not scan, extract, record, or collect any facial information contained in the user’s imported photos and captured portraits. The AI model only performs overall picture style rendering and aesthetic optimization, and does not acquire or store any user facial biometric information in any way.
All users who install and use Lorace have the right to freely use the app’s creative functions, preview generated works, save images to the local system album, share works through the official iOS sharing channel, view local creation records, and clean up local cache data. All usage rights are open to all users without mandatory threshold restrictions. The use of the app’s creative functions will not trigger any facial data collection behavior, and users’ facial information in photos will always be kept locally and independently controlled by the user.
When using Lorace for portrait creation and related operations, users shall abide by this Agreement and relevant iOS system usage specifications, and shall not use the app for any improper, illegal, infringing, or harmful behaviors. Users guarantee that all photos and portrait materials imported and created by themselves are legal and compliant, and shall not use the app to create content involving infringement, obscenity, violence, illegal guidance, or other non-compliant content.
Lorace does not collect any user facial information in any user usage scenario. No matter it is ordinary creation, style adjustment, scene replacement, lighting modification, work saving or sharing, the app will not actively identify, extract or retain user facial feature data. All face-related content only exists in the local image file operated by the user, and the app does not generate any independent facial data records. Users shall clearly understand that all creation behaviors and content responsibilities are independently borne by themselves, and any non-compliant creation behavior is irrelevant to the app.
Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, or secondary develop the app program and local AI model; shall not use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or abnormal means to interfere with the normal operation of the app. This clause does not involve any user personal data and facial data processing behavior, and Lorace will not collect user facial information to identify or monitor user operation behaviors.
All portrait works, creation records, and local cache data generated by users using Lorace are all stored locally on the user’s iPhone or iPad device, and no data will be uploaded to the app server or third-party platform. The app does not have any background data upload and collection function.Lorace has never collected, stored or backed up any user facial information, facial feature data and biometric face data. All facial information in the user’s creative photos only exists in the user’s local device files, and the app does not obtain any independent data ownership of user facial information.
All creative works generated by users independently belong to the users themselves. Users have the full right to use, save, share, delete and manage their local creative content. When the user actively deletes local works and creation records, the corresponding image data and record information will be completely cleared from the device without any residual retention. After the user deletes the content, Lorace will not retain, restore or collect the user’s facial information contained in the deleted works, and all face data will be completely eliminated with the local files.
The local cache cleaning function provided by the app can clean up temporary image files generated during creation. Cleaning the cache will not affect the user’s saved finished works. The cached temporary data does not include any facial information collected by the app. The app does not extract and store user facial features from temporary cache files.
Lorace adheres to the principle of local privacy protection and provides stable local AI portrait creation functions for users. Due to the differences in device performance, system version and image resolution, the rendering effect, generation speed and picture fineness of individual creative works may be slightly different, which belongs to normal technical performance and does not constitute service quality problems.
During all functional operation processes, the app strictly implements the zero facial data collection rule. Lorace will not automatically identify user faces, will not classify and record facial features, will not analyze facial attributes, and will not store any form of user facial biometric information. All AI generation effects are based on overall image style conversion, and have no connection with facial data collection and analysis.
The app does not provide cloud synchronization, cloud backup and remote data management functions. All user creative content and operation records are only limited to the local device. If the user uninstalls the app or clears the device storage space, the local creation data may be lost, and users shall bear the relevant risks by themselves. Even if the app is uninstalled and data is cleared, Lorace does not retain any user facial information and related data records.
Lorace takes user privacy and data security as the primary service principle. The app is designed with full local privacy protection architecture, without any background data tracking, behavior analysis and content collection modules. Lorace solemnly promises that it will never collect, upload, store, analyze or share user facial information, facial recognition data, facial feature point data, face biometric information and all derivative face data. There is no facial data collection program or hidden collection logic in any version of the app.
All device permissions applied by the app are only used to implement core creative functions. Camera permission and photo library permission are only for users to take photos and import local images. The app will not use system permissions to secretly collect user facial data and will not upload user portrait content in the background. All face-related information is completely controlled by the user, and Lorace has no right and no ability to obtain, collect and use user facial information independently.
The app will not share any user local content and device data with third-party platforms, service providers and advertising institutions, and there is no third-party SDK data access channel. No third party can obtain user facial information through Lorace, and all facial data protection mechanisms run continuously and stably.
Lorace has the right to continuously optimize, upgrade and iterate app functions, interface styles, AI model effects and service experience according to product planning. The app update behavior will not change the core privacy protection rules and user service rights. All version updates and function iterations will not add any facial data collection functions, and will always maintain the zero-collection standard of user facial information and biometric data.
After the app is updated, the latest service rules and privacy protection standards will continue to take effect. Users’ continued use of the updated app functions will be deemed as recognition of the updated agreement terms. The core commitment of protecting user facial privacy will always remain unchanged.
